Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Weed Wrangler Land Services LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company (WV entity ID 628454), doing business as Precision Auto Leads, Friendly, WV 26146 ("we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use Precision Auto Leads (the "Service"). We connect drivers who need auto repair, detailing, a car or an answer with independent local mechanics, detailers and dealers ("pros"). By using the Service you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

Information from drivers

When you order a pro, ask a question, or ask about buying or selling a car, we collect your name, phone, email, ZIP code, the service, vehicle details, timing, your notes, and (only for mobile service, optional) the street address where the vehicle is. For car buying or selling we also collect what you told us about budget, financing and trade-in. We store the exact consent wording you agreed to, the version of the Terms you accepted, the time, and the IP address.

How driver information is shared

Pros who serve your area and do that kind of work can see a preview first: service, vehicle, town, a partial ZIP, timing and notes (with phone numbers and emails removed). Your name, phone, email and address go only to the pro you picked or, for a match request, up to 3 pros who accept it. If the pro you picked declines or doesn't answer in time, up to 3 other local pros may get it instead. Those pros contact you about your request and handle your information under their own practices, which we do not control.

We never sell or rent your information and never share it with marketers or list brokers. The only other parties that handle it are service providers that run the Service for us (hosting, backups, email delivery, payments), or where the law requires it, to protect rights, safety or property, to enforce our Terms, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

Your private status page

Each request has a private link (/job/…) that shows its status and the pro's business name and phone. Anyone with the link can see it, so keep it private.

Information from pros

When a pro signs up we collect name, business name, phone, business type, services, ZIP and service radius, hours, prices, a short description, photos, email, a password (stored only as a secure hash), and the version of the Terms and Provider Agreement accepted, with the time and IP address. The business name, type, town, services, prices, hours, service area, photos and reviews appear on a public profile once we approve it. We never show a pro's phone or email on public pages. We use a pro's ZIP and radius to estimate distance for matching and auto-assign.

Payments

Drivers never pay us to request service. Pros pay a per-job fee and Ask a Mechanic users pay a question fee through Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

Messages and reviews

We store messages sent through the Service between you, pros and us, and may review them for safety, support and to enforce our Terms. After a pro marks a job done, the driver can leave a star rating and comment, shown with the driver's first name only.

Website analytics and ads

We keep simple visit statistics (page, time, referring site or ad campaign, general device type) using an anonymous daily-rotating code, without storing IP addresses for analytics. On public marketing pages we may use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our ads; it is not used on private status pages, the pro portal or admin. You can limit ad tracking in your browser or device settings.

Text messages

We do not currently send text messages. If we ever do, we will ask for your separate consent first, and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Security and keeping information

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and hashed passwords, but no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee security. We keep information as long as needed for the Service, for our records, to resolve disputes and to follow the law, and then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

To see, correct or delete your information, or stop being contacted, email nathan@ridgelinehomeservices.com. Depending on your state (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and others), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of "sale," "sharing" or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

The Service is only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child gave us information, email us and we will delete it.
