Provider Agreement

Last updated October 20, 2026 ยท Version 2026-10-20

The short version for providers

  • You are an independent business. You decide which jobs to take, how to do them, and what to charge. The customer pays you directly.
  • You pay a fee only when you accept a job (or use a free credit). The fee shown when you accept is the fee. Fees are non-refundable except as listed in Section P6.
  • You promise you are licensed and insured where required, follow the law, and stand behind your own work. We do not check this, and we are not responsible for your work.
  • Use customer info only for that job. No reselling, spamming or unwanted texts.
  • No guaranteed number of jobs or income.
  • You indemnify us for claims about your work, and disputes go to individual arbitration under the Terms of Service.

P1. About This Agreement

This Provider Agreement is between you (the "Provider," including your business and everyone who works for it) and Weed Wrangler Land Services LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company (WV entity ID 628454), doing business as Precision Auto Leads, Friendly, WV 26146 ("we" or "us"). It is part of, and adds to, our Terms of Service, which also apply to you, including the disclaimers, limitation of liability, release, indemnity, and binding arbitration, class action waiver and jury trial waiver in Sections 19 to 25 of the Terms. Capitalized words not defined here have the meaning in the Terms. By checking the agree box at sign-up, accepting any job, or using the provider portal, you agree to this Provider Agreement. If there is a conflict, this Provider Agreement controls for provider matters.

P2. Independent Business Relationship

You are an independent business, not our employee, agent, partner, joint venturer or franchisee. We do not control how, when or where you work, your prices, your tools, parts or helpers, or whether you accept any job. You are solely responsible for your own business expenses, workers, wages, benefits, workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, and all federal, state and local taxes. You may not say or suggest that you work for us or are endorsed or certified by us.

P3. Your Promises (Representations and Warranties)

You represent, warrant and promise that at all times you use the Service:

  • you are at least 18, the information you give us (business name, contact, type, services, area, prices, hours, photos, bio) is true and kept up to date, and you have authority to bind your business;
  • you and anyone who works for you hold every license, registration, certification, permit and bond required by law for the work you offer (including any motor vehicle dealer license, repair facility registration, emissions or inspection licenses, and business licenses), in every place you work;
  • you carry and keep in force insurance appropriate for your work and required by law, such as general liability, garagekeepers or garage liability, commercial auto, and workers' compensation where required, and you will show proof to us or a customer on request;
  • you will perform all work in a safe, professional and workmanlike manner, using appropriate parts, and you are solely responsible for your work, parts, advice, estimates, warranties, guarantees and results, and for any damage, injury or loss you cause;
  • you will follow all applicable laws, including consumer protection, auto repair and written-estimate laws, dealer and advertising laws, environmental and hazardous-waste disposal rules, privacy and data security laws, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM and do-not-call rules;
  • you will give customers clear prices before starting work, get their approval for extra charges, and honor what you promise; and
  • you will update job status in the portal honestly and promptly, and respond to customers and to our messages.

P4. How Jobs, Offers and Auto-Assign Work

  • Previews. You can see a preview of a job (service, vehicle, town, partial ZIP, timing, notes, with contact details removed) before you decide. Accepting is always your choice; you never have to accept a job.
  • Accepting. When you tap Accept and pay the fee (or use a free credit), you receive the customer's name, phone, email and, for mobile jobs, any address they gave. A job is accepted only when payment or the free credit is confirmed. While a card checkout is open, your spot is held for up to 30 minutes.
  • Direct bookings. If a customer picks you, you get a time window to accept before the job may be offered to other local providers.
  • Auto-assign. When auto-assign is on, a new match request may be offered first to the nearest in-range provider who offers that service. You have a limited window (currently 30 minutes, which we may change) to accept or decline. If you do not accept in time, it may move to the next provider. An assignment is an offer, not a guarantee, and you still pay the fee unless the job is marked free.
  • Manual assignment. We may assign or offer a job to a specific provider at our discretion, sometimes for free. We have no obligation to assign any job to you.
  • Shared requests. A match request may be accepted by up to 3 providers (the number shown on the job). Spots are first come, first served.
  • Distances, timers, alerts, "online" status and pop-ups are approximate and may fail or be delayed. We are not responsible for missed jobs. We may change how matching, ranking, offers and assignment work at any time.

P5. Fees and Payment

Signing up and having a profile is free; there are no contracts or monthly fees. You pay a per-job fee only to accept a job. Current default fees (we may change them at any time going forward, and the fee shown on the job when you accept is the one that applies): repair $30 direct / $12 shared; detailing $20 / $8; car-buying $40 / $15; sell or trade-in $25 / $10. Fees are charged through Stripe when you accept. You authorize each charge. Fees are earned when the contact information is delivered to you.

Free credits. Providers who sign up by October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern get their first 3 accepted jobs free (any type). Free credits are used only when an acceptance is confirmed, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, are one set per business and phone number, and may be changed, ended or revoked for misuse. We may also give a job free at our discretion.

P6. Refunds and Credits

ALL FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT AS LISTED HERE OR AS WE DECIDE IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

  • If a job fills or the customer cancels before your payment completes, we refund that payment. If a free acceptance fails, your free credit is not used.
  • If the customer contact information is clearly invalid (for example, a disconnected or wrong phone number and an email that bounces), email nathan@ridgelinehomeservices.com within 7 days of accepting. We may refund the fee or give a replacement credit, at our choice.
  • No refund is owed because a customer did not answer, already hired someone, changed their mind, disagreed on price, or did not hire you, or because of the quality of the request.
  • Do not file a chargeback for a fee you authorized; contact us first. We may suspend accounts with chargebacks and recover the fee and any chargeback costs.

P7. Your Dealings With Customers

After you accept, you deal directly with the customer on price, scheduling, the work, payment and any warranty. That arrangement is only between you and the customer, and we are not a party to it. You are solely responsible for collecting your payment and for any disputes, refunds, warranty claims, damage or injury connected with your work. We have no duty to help resolve disputes, though we may choose to.

P8. Customer Information

You may use a customer's information only to respond to and complete that customer's request. You may not sell, rent, share, publish or add it to marketing lists, or contact the customer for unrelated purposes, without the customer's separate consent. You must honor any request to stop contacting them, comply with the TCPA and do-not-call rules for any calls or texts you make, keep the information reasonably secure, and delete it when you no longer need it or when the law requires.

P9. Fair Use of the Platform (No Circumventing Fees)

Once you accept a job, you are expected to work directly with that customer, including on future work they choose to hire you for. What you may not do is try to get a job you have not accepted without paying the fee, for example by using information from a preview to find and contact the customer, asking other providers to share customer details, scraping or copying requests, creating extra accounts or phone numbers to get more free credits, or marking jobs falsely. These are breaches of this Agreement. We may charge the applicable fee, cancel credits, and suspend or close your account.

P10. Profiles, Photos and Reviews

Your public profile shows after our review, and we may edit, hide or remove any part of it at any time. You grant us the license to your profile, logo, photos and other content described in Section 14 of the Terms, including to show them in search results, ads and social media to promote the Service. Only post photos you own or have permission to use, and only of your own work. You may not post or buy fake reviews, offer anything in exchange for reviews, or pressure customers about reviews. Customers may review you, and we are not responsible for what they say, though we may hide reviews that break our rules.

P11. Provider Indemnity

In addition to Section 22 of the Terms, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company Parties from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your work, parts, advice, estimates, warranties or vehicles; any damage to any vehicle or property, theft, injury or death involving you, your workers or your work; your licensing, insurance, tax or employment status or obligations; your calls, texts, emails or use of customer information; your profile or content; any dispute with a customer; and your breach of this Agreement, the Terms or any law.

P12. Communications

You agree to receive job alerts, assignment notices, messages from us, account and billing emails, and portal notifications. You can turn some alerts off in your portal or by emailing us, but you may miss jobs. We do not currently send text messages; if we ever offer text alerts, we will ask for your separate consent first.

P13. Suspension and Ending This Agreement

You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may pause, hide, limit or close your account, profile or access, cancel unused credits, or stop offering you jobs, at any time in our sole discretion, including for complaints, low ratings, slow or no responses, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or any breach. Fees already paid are not refunded except under Section P6. Sections P2, P3, P5 to P9, P11 and P13 survive.
